why constitution bench s needed to resolve OBC reservation

Now government wants Apex court to refer the matter of OBC reservation to Constitution bench. Present bench comprising Justice Arjit Pasayat and Justice LS Panta has rightly assured the Centre of best possible option to resolve OBC reservation issue.
I am however unable to understand how pleader of Government says that there is limited scope of judicial review for law enacted by Parliament. If his contention is accepted than Congress Party will not hesitate to strangulate Constitution to fulfill its malicious ambition. In the past Congress leaders did not hesitate to change the basic structure of the constitution when it was having more than two third majority in the Parliament.
Fortunately Congress party as also UPA government do not possess enough number of MP's in Parliament as also enough support in state assemblies . Otherwise present government could have altered the basic nature of Constitution for the sake of its agenda of OBC reservation.
It is worthwhile to mention here that ambitious Mr. V.P.Singh could not retain his post of PM and strength of his party after implementing Mondal Commission report and at present he is almost isolated in politics’. Arjun Singh should also learn lessons from Guru of Reservation Mr. V.P.Singh.
Secondly there are many instances available in the past when judiciary has saved us from political misadventures.
In the present case judiciary has simply asked the government to submit proof the validity of OBC population requiring 27 percent reservation. Court wanted that creamy layer should be eliminated and those who are really economically backward must be provided reservation .Why after all present ruler wish to sideline judiciary and impose its whimsical agenda on the Nation? Obviously they do not have any respect for judiciary as also Democracy when their own vested interests are concerned. It is rightly said that when human being is not afraid of social image or any person or even God he is not less than a dictator and he is as good as irrational animal.
Lastly when Government is having such mean idea and when people like Somnath Chatterjee are in power there is no guarantee that even judgment of Constitutional bench will be respected in true spirit by the present class of political rulers and leaders.
Government must understand that Right of Information Act is formulated by Pundits of Law and so-called Saviors of Human being and enacted by UPA only and there are enough tools in this act which justifiably force government to submit information as demanded by Apex court before public .
It is easy to befool illiterate mass of the country but not educated mass particularly Courts of India. Decisions can be deferred on money or muscle power or even biased for the time being but the prevailing annoyance towards present Government cannot be diluted. Election results are showing the degree of public anger.
